Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data BigBunny.my handles and why. We aim to follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

  • Emails you send us. If you contact kenntsu@bigbunny.my, we receive your email address and message.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
  • Analytics data. Google Analytics collects usage data through cookies — see section 2.
  • No accounts, no forms. The site has no sign-up, login or payment forms.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which guides are read most and which devices are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. We use this in aggregate only and do not use it to identify you. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not set advertising cookies. If a partner site is reached via an affiliate link, that partner may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use data

To reply to messages, fix errors reported by readers, keep the site secure and understand overall traffic. We never sell personal data.

4. Retention

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email kenntsu@bigbunny.my and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Minors

This site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
